CANCELLED - Yoga on the Farm

Join instructor Natalie at the farm for a one-hour Yoga Fusion (Yin and Therapeutic) lesson in our beautiful green spaces. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, everyone is welcome to join our community and share in the joy of movement and mindfulness while we focus on the connections between yoga practice and the surrounding nature.

Classes will vary between different locations on-site depending on the weather. We may be in the hot greenhouse or breezy forest, so come prepared!

-  We invite you to bring your own yoga mat and any props you may require. The ground on the farm can be dirty! You may choose to bring something to put under your mat or to use in lieu of a mat, like a sheet, towel, or blanket.

- Please pack a refillable water bottle (we have cold drinking water available

- We highly recommend being sun smart! (sunscreen, long sleeves/pants, hat, sunglasses) 

This event is by donation (cash only, please), but we request you RSVP here so we can plan for the correct number of attendees. The event will be canceled with less than 3 RSVP's.
